Biography

Dr. Mary Mansouri serves as the Director of Disability Access Services at Arapahoe Community College, where she is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all students. Before joining ACC, she worked at the University of Kansas in several roles focused on accessibility, inclusive education, and student success, including as a Research Project Coordinator, Grant Project Manager, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant. In these positions, she supervised pre-service teachers, managed grant programs with a focus on compliance with IDEA and ADA, and co-taught graduate-level courses in Special Education. Her research on inclusive education and accessibility has been published in journals such as Exceptional Children and Teachers College Record. She is passionate about removing barriers and helping students thrive.
